• Surpassed 2024 KPIs by 88%, elevating user registration and fund inflow through enhanced security measures and revitalized user onboarding post-incident.
• DPK for our Internet Banking increased Year on Year by 39%
• Migrating to the new smoothly DB for our monthly fee based income after upgrading our BSINet user system and generate 200 Million addition revenue per-month in 2025

Product Organization Achievements

• Led 4 product manager/business analyst to create new feature and improve existing features starting from preparing change request document (CR), risk register document, collaborate with tech stakeholders including QA, Product Owner, IT PMO, IT Business Analyst, CISO, and developers, and make sure process of testing (SIT/UAT/Pentest) is smooth until it goes to production.
• Develop and maintain Internet Banking features for individual and SME including transfer (BIFAST, SKN, RTGS, online), bill and payment, payroll, login authentication, registration in branch, transfer valas, B2B Pertamina, donation features, simple approval-maker system and many more. Contributed around ~40 trillion funding generator.
• Preparing new big project including revenue projection, budget and resource planning for the project (IT cost, non-it cost, manpower cost and etc), presenting to board of director, requirements feature document, research and UI/UX and preparation development for SME Market
• Manage product life cycle, market & customer research activities to identify business opportunities for Internet banking

Overall Company Achievements

• Created deck for our Big Initiative with our Head and VP to present in board of directors meeting. Successfully get approval for the budget and project for this initiative.
