- Building product roadmap with the team and always manage 60-70% of roadmap always achieve with more than 20 small backlog and 3 big project on every quarter in every squad. (in total we have 3 squads)
- Leading and collaborate with 3 squads that consist of designer, data, engineering(mobile, backend, web, SQA, SRE and principal) and product marketing with +60 people in team
