Metrics Achievement
- Releasing 2 products within only 3 months and increasing engagement rate by 110% compared to the previous time period by revamping our website journey.
- Releasing SME Health Insurance website to make Small companies can do comparison and purchasing the insurance
- Develop and improve Employee Benefits application and web experiences, internal tools for sales and services, and optimize the process from sales to getting the clients until after-sales process. Increasing operational process from average 2 days to minutes by creating optimization flow on internal tools.
Product Organization Achievements
- Leading product development of Health team including the Group and Retail product roadmap, OKR’s, product vision, product marketing, managing the SCRUM process
- Supervising 1 PM to develop product tech features in our Employee Benefits platform.
- Increasing the efficiency of the team sprint process by 30% in the first 2 months as a new joiner by implementing best practices of SCRUM process.”
